Jquery, Clearing values in the text field when the form loads
I have a form that contains a checkbox and two text field

When the form loads all values in the text fields are stored in a variable in js as follows:
var name = $(“#number”).val();
var location = $(“#location”).val();
The problem is that when the form is submitted the values stored in the variables are not cleared when the form is reloaded. In other words the values that were filled by the user are still in the text boxes even though he has not filled them in.
I want to clear the text boxes when the form loads as if the user did not fill in any values.
How can I do that?

If you have multiple fields, this will clear the fields.
