This program isn’t new, but it’s actually really good.

Microsoft hasn’t updated it since 2013, but Microsoft still wants to make its money, so they updated it. Now it looks good, supports new systems, and is easy to use. It’s literally a billion times better than everything else, and has a dedicated (and growing) userbase.
Use it. The official UWP version is good, but as far as I can tell, the open source UWP version is better. I don’t know how it works on older operating systems, but this program is so intuitive it’s hard to imagine.Cristóvão Gomes
