Long rest periods between the sets should be performed. A high pullup uses a chin-up bar and is performed with your feet above your hips. If you use the low pullup, you also need a chin-up bar. The exercise should be performed using an alternating motion for each arm.

The fourth exercise is the lower body. You can also rest the barbell on your shoulders without a dowel. You hold the barbell in your right hand and first press it by using a bent leg and your right arm.
