How We Clean Your Ventilation
LFC uses a powerful air duct cleaning system. We will first remove all the hot and cold air return vent covers and then deep vacuum eliminating the use of harsh sanitizing chemicals. This process also removes any construction materials and debris that is commonly in your ventilation system. You are left with the assurance of fresh, clean and virtually contaminant free ventilation. This process takes longer but is more thorough than a majority of other vent cleaning systems.
Cleaning for Health Concerns
Our powerful air duct cleaning system coupled with our ozone generator eliminates odors and contaminates rather than masking them. We can also use, at your request, hepa air scrubbers during this process to prevent residual dust.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
It is recommended that your dryer vent be cleaned every two years or so. Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers. A good indication that you may have lint build up is when cloths are taking longer to dry than normal. Check the airflow to the outside exhaust while the dryer is on.
