Other Helpful Tips: Keep maintenance records and have your carpets maintained at least once every 18 months to insure your carpet warranty stays intact. The major carpet mills recommend and require that your carpets be cleaned by a certified technician that uses certified cleaning equipment, within the first year to 18 months of installation.
